Queen’s Baton Relay – Shimla 5 July 2010
Hi ! Here is the recent special cover issued by HP Postal Circle on Queen’s Baton Relay. The cover was released on 5 July 2010 at Shimla. The main design of the cover depicts Architectural and Cultural Heritage of Himachal Pradesh.My thanks to Ms Bhumika Sharma of Shimla who sent info about this special cover. But what I notice on the cancellation is that the word relay in Hindi has been wrongly spelt . I have a nice FDC from Hong Kong to share here with all of you sent by Ivan Wong from Hong Kong ! Thanks Ivan for this FDC but unfortunately it has been cancelled by pen too at the Post office.. This FDC features famous Streets of Hong Kong.
