WİLLİAM AND CATHERİNE ROYAL TOUR OF CANADA AND US : TRİP SCHEDULE


OTTAWA

June 30

2 p.m. The Royals arrive at Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International
2:35 p.m. The Royals lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the National War Memorial.
3:15 p.m. The couple arrives for the official welcome ceremony at Government House.
6 p.m. The couple attends a youth barbecue and reception.

July 1

10:30 a.m. The couple hands out flags at a citizenship ceremony at the Museum of Civilization.
11:35 a.m. The couple travels to Parliament Hill via horse-drawn carriage.
12:05 p.m. The couple will arrive on Parliament Hill for the noon show. Prince William will make a speech in front of a crowd of over 100,000.
2 p.m. The couple leaves Parliament Hill
9 p.m. William and Kate head back to Parliament Hill to watch the evening show.

July 2

12:40 p.m. Tree planting at Rideau Hall
1 p.m. The Duke and Duchess meet veterans, war brides and their families at the Canadian War Museum.
2:25 p.m. The couple leaves for Montreal

MONTREAL

July 2
•  3:50 p.m. Arrival in Montréal
•   4:15 p.m. The couple arrive at Sainte-Justine University Hospital where they will tour the neo-natal and cancer units.
5:45 p.m. The Royals arrive at Institut de Tourisme et d’hotellerie du Quebec to cook with hospitality students.
9:55 p.m. The Royal board the HMCS Montreal and watch fireworks en route to Quebec City.

QUEBEC CITY

July 3

9 a.m. Arrival at Champlain Harbour Station.
10 a.m. The couple participates in morning prayer on the frigate.
10:45 a.m. The couple disembark
11:10 a.m. The couple arrives at Maison Dauphine, an outreach centre for teens living on the streets.
12:15 p.m. The Royals arrive at Quebec City Hall for the freedom of the city ceremony with the Van Doos.
12:45 p.m. The couple leaves city hall for the Citadelle for down time.
1 p.m. They arrive at the Citadelle
3:30 p.m. The Royals arrive at the fair in Fort-de-Levis
4 p.m. The couple leaves the fair for the airport by helicopter.
4:15 p.m. The Royals arrive at the airport and leave for Charlottetown.



July 3

6:50 p.m. Arrive in Charlottetown, PEI
7 p.m. The couple attends an informal reception with media at Peake’s Quay Restaurant.

July 4
10:05 a.m. Arrive at Province House, sign the guest book, have a tour, take photos with the Fathers of Confederation and Prince William will make a speech.
11:30 a.m. The couple heads to the port by carriage where they will leave for Dalvay-by-the-Sea.
12:35 p.m. Prince William will fly a helicopter as part of a rescue operation.
1:45 p.m. The Duke and Duchess will participate in dragon boat races.
3:30 p.m. The couple leaves for Summerside via helicopter.
3:55 p.m. The couple arrives in Summerside for a search and rescue demo.
4:55 p.m. The couple departs for Summerside Airport.
5:05 p.m. The Royals will meet the search and rescue crew and will say farewell
5:30 p.m. The Royals leave for the Northwest Territories.

NORTHWEST TERRITORIES

JULY 4

7:40 p.m. The couple arrives at the Yellowknife Airport

JULY 5

11:40 a.m. The Royals arrive at Somba K’e Civic Plaze for the official welcome including a drum song, prayers, and a speech by the Prince. The couple will also watch Dene and Arctic Games and Prince William will play street hockey.
1 p.m. Leave the plaza for the Legislative Assembly
1:05 p.m. The couple arrive at the Assembly to watch a Youth Parliament followed by a reception.
2:10 p.m. The couple leaves to retire.
3 p.m. The Royals arrive at Old Town Float Base and leave by plane for Blachford Lake.
3:30 p.m. Arrive at Blackford Lake for an events with the Canadian Rangers and a session with Dechinta students and elders.

JULY 6

10:05 a.m. The Royals leave Yellowknife Airport for a private retreat.

CALGARY

JULY 7

4:30 p.m. The couple arrive at the Calgary International Airport and will be welcomed with a white hat ceremony.
5 p.m. The Royals visit a Research and Innovation Centre at the University of Calgary.
5:40 p.m. The couple will leave for their hotel.
7:25 p.m. The couple arrives at BMO Centre where they will be greeted by Prime Minister Stephen Harper and the members of the Treaty 7 First Nations. The Royals will also watch Stampede activities. The Prime Minister and the Prince will also make a speech.
8:55 p.m. The couple will return to their hotel.

JULY 8

8:30 a.m. The couple will travel the Calgary Stampede parade route in reverse.
8:50 p.m. The Royals arrive at Bow Valley College to officially launch the Calgary Stampede.
11:30 a.m. Arrive at the ENMAX Conservatory/Calgary Zoo where they will meet with youth and attend a reception hosted by the Government of Alberta.
12:30 p.m. The couple leaves the zoo for Challenger Rotary Park.
12:45 p.m. The Royals arrive at Challenger Rotary Park for the official goodbye ceremony.
1:15 p.m. Leave Challenger Rotary Park for Calgary International Airport.
1:30 p.m. The Royals arrive at Calgary International Airport and leave for Los Angeles
