Queen Máxima joined King Willem-Alexander to welcome French president François Hollande for an official visit to the Netherlands.
We've seen this whole thing before, of course, just with hair down and aquamarines on this time. Last time I gave the ridiculous sleeves a pass, but I'm afraid the pass has expired. They don't work very well when she's standing with her hands at her side, do they? Got to be awkward at lunch, too. They're just fighting for space, all sleeved up and nowhere to go. That makes two outfits this year that could use a serious volume reduction, and I'm starting to fear what could be next...Video, above
