teachers day

Hi ! It's 5th September the special day celebrated all over India as Teacher’s Day and also marks the Birth Anniversary of Dr Saravepalli Radha Krishnan, one of the greatest teachers & scholars of all time. Since times immemorial, Indians have respected their teachers. Earlier we used to call our teachers 'Guru'.Teacher's Day in India is a tribute to the hard work that is put by the teacher all year long to educate a child. We have a great impact of our teachers who had taught us during school and college days. We not only take subjective knowledge about various subjects but the teacher also teaches the students to see the world in a broader way……This post is dedicated to all great teachers of the world who dedicated their life to teach their students not only their subject but also taught how to face the world boldly and courageously. Besides the knowledge of the subject they taught the philosophy of life to help them to understand the world in a better way !! I express my gratitude to all my teachers who taught me in school and college and still today I have very good memories of all of them and remember the nice time I spent in my school and college……This is all for Today !….Till Next Post…..Have a Great Time !!

Teacher's Day in India is celebrated on September 5, every year. Indian Teacher’s Day is dedicated to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was a staunch believer of education and was one of the greatest scholars and teachers of all times, apart from being the President of India. As a tribute to this great teacher, his birthday is observed as Teachers Day in India. This is not a holiday but is known for celebrations across the country. During his tenure as a president, he was approached by his students and friends and was asked to celebrate 5th September, his birthday. He rather told them to observe this day as the Teacher's Day. From then onwards, this day is celebrated as the Teacher's Day. From that day every year in India on 5th September functions are organized in schools on Teacher's Day. Students present various programs for the entertainment of their teachers. In addition to being the day when the efforts of teachers are recognized, it provides a chance for healthy interaction between students and teachers.
