The country name and denomination in all these stamps glow in different colors on moving the cover in light.
Just received this nice cover posted from Monaco by my friend David Jastrzebski of Dijon, France. The specialty of the cover is that all stamps used here bear country name and denominations in different colors of red green,blue and purple which glow on moving the cover and appear here black in the scan.
