Zara Phillips, daughter of Princess Anne, has chosen couturier Stewart Parvin to design her dress for her July 30 wedding to fiance Mike Tindall.Parvin is a favorite designer of Zara's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, who often dons his classically-cut dresses and jackets.
